Presenting data during a SCAV/DDPP inspection
In this article, find out how to present your HACCP data during a hygiene inspection.
If you haven’t already done so, you can install EEat as an app on your phone or tablet by following our installation tutorial and follow our guide to 1st use.
- 👩💻 Connect to the EEat application
- 🕵️♀️ Presentation of the self-checks performed
- Filter self-checks by type and/or by date of completion
- Additional functionalities
- 🌡 Visualisation of the sensor temperature readings
- 🗓 Visualisation of the HACCP plan as a planner
👩💻 Connect to the EEat application
First step, you are required to log in to the application with an administrator account. EEat base accounts can’t access the archives, they can only perform self-checks.
How do you know if your account is an administrator account? You just need to make sure that the blue menu is present. It is located on the left side of the screen on a computer and on the top on a tablet.
🕵️♀️ Presentation of the self-checks performed
Now that you are logged in, click on the “Conformity Management” button in the blue side menu on a computer. On a tablet you must open the menu before clicking on the “Conformity Management” button.
This interface allows you to view all the self-checks carried out by your teams in chronological order.
Depending on the inspector’s requests and therefore on the self-checks they wish to control, there are two possibilities to filter the data. You can use one or the other or both at the same time.
- Filter self-checks by type and/or by date of completion
You can select the types of self-checks you wish to see using the selector on the top left. You can select one or multiple types.
You can also filter the self-checks by date of completion. To do this, you must choose the time period you wish to view with the date selector in the upper centre.
The selector offers you by default 3 time periods: 7 days, 15 days and 30 days. However, you can also select a specific time period. Just click on the date.
- Additional functionalities
This interface allows you to manage all of your non-conformities, oversights and alerts outside of inspections.
By clicking on the question mark on the bottom right of your screen, you will be taken to a help page describing the interface.
🌡 Visualisation of the sensor temperature readings
Click on “report” in the blue menu. This will display the temperature graphs for each sensor. To present your data, click on “data point mode” (top centre of the interface), the temperatures will be displayed per day in a table for each installation.
As with the digital self-checks you can choose the time period you wish to display, this time the time period selector is on the top left of each table (by clicking on the date you can choose the exact period of time to be displayed – start/end date).
🗓 Visualisation of the HACCP plan as a planner
You also have the possibility to see all the self-checks that you carry out in the form of a planner. From the home interface (1st button of the blue menu) click on “table” on the top right.
This interface then displays all the self-checks sorted by frequency. You can thus simply present the haccp plan in place and the recurrence of self-checks.
You now have all the information you need to present your self-checks to the hygiene authorities with confidence.
